JUSTIN has been working as a director for 23 years, receiving his first short film commission when he was 18.

His first feature film ‘Wilderness’ was released internationally in April 2021, following a successful film festival run, with premieres at Cinequest (USA), Dingle (European) and Cambridge (UK). Winner of 13 film festival awards across 19 festivals. 

Across the last two decades, he has founded film festivals, created theatre and built a jazz club in his hometown. He sold his jazz club in 2023.

He has directed over 20 short films, music videos and live music performances.

His company Still and Moving Image does exactly what it says.

In the commercial world he has directed film commissions for Philips, GSK, Heathrow, ZSL, Labour Party, Army, Sky, Sensodyne, NHS, Notting Hill Housing, Youthscape, Kimberley Clarke and Self-Harm UK. 

He received an Honorary Doctorate of the Arts from the University of Bedfordshire in July 2018, for service to the arts.
